  • The administrator of your personal data is CONSBIM P.S.A. with headquarters at ul. Święty Marcin 29/8 in Poznań (61-806), entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań-Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division – KRS under the number 0000921097, with the REGON number 389929190 and NIP number 7831842969, on the rules set out in Polish law, in particular in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / WE (GDPR).   • Your data may be processed by our subcontractors, i.e. persons who, when providing services related to website technical support to us, may potentially gain access to your personal data. Due to the use of Google services, your data may be transferred to the USA in connection with its storage on American servers. Your data is safe, however, because Google has joined the Privacy Shield program, thus guaranteeing an adequate level of personal data protection required by European regulations.
  • When you use our website, we may collect information about your computer or mobile device, preferences settings, location and activities.
  • When you use our website, information in the form of cookies is collected and saved from your web browser. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on your end device and are intended for the use of our website. Cookies are safe for your device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter your device this way. The cookies we use do not collect any personal data stored on your hard drive or computer.
  • Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. ensuring and maintaining your session on the site. They are also used to identify and prevent fraud and improve security;

  • Our website uses two basic types of cookies: “session” ( session cookies ) and “persistent” ( persistent cookies ). Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on your end device until you log out, leave the website or turn off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies remain in the browser’s memory for a longer period. This time depends on your choice in your browser settings.
  • You have the option to change cookie settings in your browser, however, restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on our website.
  • The processing of your personal data is based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR and is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, such as website web analytics and visit analysis. For this purpose, we use the analytical tools of Google Analytics.
  • The collected data is stored until the end of the session / visit to our website and for the period necessary to analyze the data needed to run a business.
  • Your personal data is not processed automatically (including through profiling).
  • Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, except for data used by Google Ireland Limited (see point 2 and 5).
